Standing sentinel along the Sela-Tawang highway at 10,000 feet, Jaswant Garh honors Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat of 4 Garhwal Rifles, who single-handedly held off attacking troops for 72 hours during the 1962 war. Indian Army soldiers still maintain his personal quarters here.
