Built in 1655 CE by Malla King Raghunath Singha, the Jor Bangla (twin hut) temple joins two do-chala thatch-styled brick structures crowned by a char-chala tower. Its entire outer surface is an open-air art gallery of exquisitely carved terracotta panels depicting scenes from the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and royal hunts.
