A. Copyright Ownership Remains Yours You retain all original copyright and intellectual property rights in the original photographs and written text that you create and submit to RAAHE.

B. License Granted to RAAHE By submitting content, you grant RAAHE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to store, host, display, reformat, adapt (e.g., image resizing or thumbnail creation), and distribute your submission across RAAHE's website, search previews, and social media channels.

C. Representations & Warranties You confirm and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to upload the submitted media, and that your submission does not infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

4. Content Moderation & Account Suspension

To safeguard our travellers and ensure guide quality:

Verification Process: Submissions are subject to administrative review. We may verify, edit for clarity, or assign a "Verified" badge to trustworthy spots.
Right to Remove Content: RAAHE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, unpublish, edit, or remove any spot, photo, rating, or review that violates these terms or fails our quality and safety standards.
Account Suspension & Banning: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts (is_banned) that engage in malicious submissions, abusive behavior, or repeated copyright violations without prior notice.
